The Southwest Progressive Action Network (SPAN) is a network of fully independent organizations, each working to make an impact across the Southwest region while operating in accordance with the legal requirements of their respective tax statuses. This includes a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on education, engagement and community empowerment, a 501(c)(4) advocacy organization engaged in issue-based organizing, a Political Action Committee (PAC) that supports candidates, initiatives and campaigns, and a limited liability company (LLC) that provides nonpartisan campaign consulting and strategic services in compliance with applicable laws.
